. Admission Policy

Admission is granted strictly on the basis of availability of seats.

The school follows a transparent admission process as per AGS/JKBOSE norms.

Management reserves the final right of admission approval.

2. Entry Classes

Primary entry is generally in Nursery / LKG / UKG (if applicable).

Admission in higher classes is vacancy-based only.

3. Age Criteria

Nursery: approx. 3+ years

LKG: approx. 4+ years

UKG: approx. 5+ years (Age may vary slightly as per academic session guidelines)

4. Admission Procedure

Collection and submission of admission form from school office.

Admission may include:

Interaction with child (especially for primary classes)

Assessment/entrance test for higher classes

Final selection depends on performance + seat availability.

5. Documents Required

Birth Certificate (mandatory for primary admission)

Transfer Certificate (TC) for admission in higher classes

Previous class marksheet/report card

Residence proof

Passport-size photographs

6. Admission to Higher Classes

Admission is allowed only if:

The student has passed the previous class from a recognized school

A valid Transfer Certificate is produced

The student qualifies any assessment/interaction if conducted

7. Attendance & Discipline Rules

Minimum 75% attendance is generally required for promotion/exams.

Students must follow school discipline and code of conduct strictly.

8. Important Note

Admission cannot be demanded as a right.
